erdega79
hello,I bought a new notebook last week and it worked fine until today. It's Acer Aspire 3610 http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetai...ductCode=265229However today while listening to music on this notebook , one speaker (the left one) stopped working suddenly. I checked the windows setting and it all appears fine as well as systems device manager. Do you have any idea what might be the problem and solution?thanks
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
When you double-click on the speaker icon in the systray you get the full volume control panel. Make sure Balance is centered for all controllers.Does your notebook have any physical volume / balance controls?
erdega79
Hi and thanks for responding  I checked volume control first and as you can see in this print capture it's all balanced and looking okI don't have manual volume control but it needs 2 buttons to be pressed for control. The right speaker works fine but the left one doesn't
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Then it may be a hardware problem and you'll have to wait until some of the HW experts come in.
andsome
As far as I can see, if it suddenly stopped working it cannot be in the settings. It must be a fault, I would take or send it back and ask for a replacement. I would not accept a repair after such a short time.
