Ricardo Gaspar Posted January 9, 2006 Report Share Posted January 9, 2006 Hi, I´m trying to use Remote Assistence in two machines with windows xpmine is xp home e the other xp proxp pro machine send me an email to help trough help and Suport, remote assistence.When I open the email and run it, get a messagethat I will translate (because my language is portuguese) to:"remote server can´t create objet"I´m not an expert on in, but doesn´t it seems to be an activex problem ?I can´t find any reference about what is the problem, and reinstall my windows is out of the questionat least for a whileThanks if there is somebody with an answer.
