asis Posted February 6, 2006 Report Share Posted February 6, 2006 Hi all,After restoring my system and getting error messages, I have found out each time, I am trying to restor it dupplicates the files and icons. resulting in having 7G more of the sameting. Scarecrow Man Posted February 7, 2006 Report Share Posted February 7, 2006 The only way to prevent this, is to do complete backup's with a Backup program, such as Acronis.System restore, is not a solution for backups, and you may notice things like this happening, especially if it is constantly used.There are programs for deleting duplicate files, but doing so apparently causes System Restore to no longer work.
