goblinarcher
i need to put a newer version of internet explorer on and old windows 98se computer of mine (5.5 or higher) but its not connected to the internet and i have no way of connecting it to the internet. when i go to download the program it just has one of those installations were it downloads what it needs during the instalation so i have to be connected to the internet. is there a version i can download that has the full program that i can burn to a disk and install on my other pc from there?Ryan
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Hello, and welcome to the Windows Forum.I think this is the full download of IE6: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=enI personally would recommend against IE5.5 - it was the worst IE version in my experience. And out of curiosity: why do you want IE on a PC that isn't connected to the Internet?
