KoolNeil Posted April 7, 2006 Report Share Posted April 7, 2006 Hi all, hope ur all good. I bought a Logitech Pro 5000 webcam today and installed the disk it came with. It was all up and working but it did not have the features it should have (quick assistant, intelligent face tracking and video effects), i looked everywhere and could not find them. The software also said there was no updates available. I immediatly checked the version of the disk that came with it and it said 8.5, the newest version is 9.5.I went to logitech.com and downloaded the newest software but video effects and face tracking were still not present. trackrat Posted April 7, 2006 Report Share Posted April 7, 2006 On reading about this product, the face tracking is only mouth, nose & eyebrows to be added to cartoon characters for avatars.It also says that it automatically uploads updates.So if you cannot get it to work, return it for your money back or exchange it. The intelligent tracking feature tracks ur eyebrows, nose and mouth but also enables the webcam to follow you if you move out of view.
