inca Posted April 14, 2006 Report Share Posted April 14, 2006 I am trying to repair my DVD burning program I was sent by Dell a CD to reinstall the Sonic DVD program however, when I am trying to install said program I get an error message stating this exactly: (The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assitance.)
