MI1215
After I installed mkv, to play a video file, my audio and video files stopped playing normally. For the audio, the instrumental stuff plays fine, but the vocal part doesnt. Instead of playing fully, it makes it play subdued and mechanically. The same goes for the video files, the background sounds in movies, like the birds and wind, play fine, but the vocal parts do not. I think it may have something to do with a codec, but I may be completely off taget. If anyone has any information, suggestions, or people I can ask for help, please tell me.Please..... Scarecrow Man
Can you uninstall MKV and see if that has any affect? You can get a codec pack from here
MI1215
Just installed the codec pack and uninstalled the matroska codec. Nothing really happened, still have the problem. Although I did find one thing, a music file added after I got the problem works fine...I dont know why this is so...
