dadyassa Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 Have you updated the drivers or firmware if possible ?All I know is that not all cams are compatable with all PC`s.Is it a new buy, if so can you take it back and say its not compatable and change for a different make ? korgg Posted May 3, 2006 Report Share Posted May 3, 2006 It's been a year since I got tje same issue.. You should have specified the web cam model... This might appear because you didn't installed the drivers before you plugged in the cam... Just a thought..What I did was to reinstall windows and selecting the option to upgrade in the install screen, though keeping everything I had installed previous untouched.it takes a while (half an hour), but this should work... i did this on a kind of a production system and it was OK ...
