I'm considering getting surround sound for my PC but never experienced it. How much better are games with surround sound? Do all modern games support it?

Would it make games like King Kong, Elder Scroll and Madden 2005 much better?

Which system is best (not outrageously expensive one) and how much would it cost, including the speakers?

Is it possible to get cordless speakers for greater convenience?
