I installed Adobe Illustrator tryout version.

I uninstall it and I reinstall it.

But the software always know that it was already installed before.

Wish file do I need to delete to reinstall the tryout version without it detect the previous installation?

Tryout programs are what they say - for trying out the software before you possibly purchase. They almost always plant a file deep in the registry to prevent what you are trying to do - that is trick your computer into loading another tryout copy so that you do not have to buy a full, paid-for version.

This is fraud and if you want to know methods of how to do things like this, you have come to the wrong forum.
