jason.b.c
Download Process Explorer. You can totally replace your current task manager with it, It's much much better anyhow.. After you install it, Open it up and go up to the Menu button ( i think ), click it, and choose " replace task manager ".. Then after that, everytime you do a ctrl-alt-del, process explorer pops up instead.. ;) What do you mean by " not showing processes anymore..?? I've got Win 2k as well.! Look down. \/ \/ \/

jason.b.c
What can i do to fix it?Click on each thing in the task man box and then click End task..You should check your startup to see if ( or why ) those programs are starting with windows.Click on start button, Run, in the run field type:> msconfig and look around in there, see if you can uncheck those things ( if possible ).. OK, thats a pretty neat program. Ill use that instead.
