It takes backing up of critical data out of the hands of users and makes it a seamless component of the operating system.When installed, KeepSafe can be configured to protect certain file types (ex: .DOC, .XLS, .PST, etc.) or entire directories (ex: "My Documents"). From then on, any time anything changes one of those files, KeepSafe will automatically back up the existing file to a user-defined location (typically a server, external drive, or backup directory on local machine).Best of all, KeepSafe can keep multiple revisions (the number set by the user).
