Rebel=UK= Posted May 31, 2006 Report Share Posted May 31, 2006 Several explosions have been reported at a chemical works in Billingham on Teesside.Cleveland Fire & Rescue have declared a "major emergency" at the ICI plant in the town.Cleveland Police have said they are dealing with a "major incident" but there are no reports of injuriesLes Gunn, who lives about four miles away from the plant, told BBC News 24 he was woken by the sound of an "absolutely deafening" sound.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5035734.stmim having major probles getting to any site outside the UK at the moment, some one from Overclockcers forum said "telewest.co.uk and blueyonder.co.uk are both down from outside the network (the route stops as soon as it hits a 'cablenet' router)."
