JainMJ
Hi,I am new to this forum and I am here for a solution for this:I have a broadband connection which gives free downloading time between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM. For best results, I must connect after 2:00 and disconnect before 8:00. My connection requires a username and password to connect (I mean- It is not an 'Always ON' connection). Is there any way to schedule the net connection? After connecting, I need to start my download manager which will automatically start downloads. I tried to use Windows Task Scheduler, but it cannot schedule a net connection. Please help me. I cannot wait till 2:00 to sleep.ThanksJain
Chris
You can use this: http://www.closetosoftware.com/?s=macrorunnerIt will record your on screen actions then you set the saved file [with all the on screen actions in it]. Then use the Task Scheduler to run that file...I'm sure some download managers allow a file to be download at a certain time.
