Windows doesn't see the partition

Recommended Posts

Recently I reinstalled XP from scratch on my box and one of the disk partitions that I was able to see before reinstall is missing now.

I have 3 partitions in my system; 1 Primary -XP is installed, 2 and 3 are logical partitions.

I copied all data that I wanted to keep from 1 to 3. Then put in xp installation cd and proceeded with it.

I was surprise right away when the choose installation destination menu came up because partition 3 wasn't there (only 1 and 2). I continued my installation and then when system loads up and I go to My Computer I see again 3 partitions but the 3 doesn’t show any details (like other show free space, total space).

Anyone have experience something like that??

During installation I haven’t made any changes to the partitions just quick format on 1.
