galloe
I have a Compaq Laptop and the current monitor resolution is 1024x768 at a 32 bit color quality. I can't seem to run a 800x600 screen resolution properly. It looks awful when I try, but I really need to run it at that 800x600 because I have Camtasia Studio on my pc and it has difficulty running at 1024x768 and the movie recording becomes choppy. Normally a 800x600 screen resolution looks fine on pcs. When I try to run it (only 1024x768 and 800x600 are listed) it looks very rugged. It's like the pixels are too big. My laptop monitor only runs at 60 hertz refresh rate. I can't increase it. What should I do? There has to be a way to fix this so that I can run at 800x600 without the screen looking like an very old game with everything being "blockish".Can someone please help me?Regards,G
jason.b.c
current monitor resolution is 1024x768 at a 32 bit color quality.Well i don't really have any good suggestions other than telling you to try turning down your color quality a little bit.Try turning it down to like 24 bit or even 16 bit, you shouldn't notice that much of a decrease in color to bother you that much..Other than that, I dunno.. But it might help.. ;)
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
You might try checking if a newer driver for your display adapter is available.
