Adding a network printer is usually permanent, and the printer definition remains in there even if the physical printer or the server is down.Can you check the registry on one of the clients, just before shutdown, then again after startup. What do you have in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\Connections ? Also HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Devices ?And because I am curious, can you also check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Providers\LanMan Print Services\Servers ?
