access computer that runs windows server 2003

I have two computers with windows 2003 enterprise edition in a LAN. When I use one computer to connect to other computer using start\run\\ip adress, there is a dialog box prompting input user name and password.

Any one can tell me how to configure remote computer so that when i connect to that computer, there is not any dialog box prompting user name and password, the computer can logon to the remote computer automatically.

I use net use \\remotecomputername /USER: guest this is ok but when i restart the computer, some thing happens as before.
