hina
Hi, Please help me...someone...I keep getting my files closed on me with this error :Windows explorerwindows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvience. if you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.then you can click on a link to see the technical info. here's that info:App: explorer.exeApp version: 6.0.2900.2180Mod Name: ntdll.dll (sometimes it can be shlwapi.dll, or browseui.dll)Mod Version: variesOffset: 000006638then sometimes i get the debugger from Dr. Watson.I've tried everything from, calling the manufacterer of my laptop, they said to uninstall a "kodak" program...which they later said i don't have. then i tried microsoft, they said it might be the "Nimda" virus, so i tried the removal tool, and it would stop half way with the same error. so the manufacturer said to do a system recovery. i totally recovered my system hard drive and all. and still the same thing. don't know what else to do. my norton virus scan and trend micro anti-spyware shows nothing. anyone with any suggestions??? i will be much greatful! i have to access files for work on my laptop and can't get anything.i have windows professional with service pack 2i'm not a genius in computer technology...but i do understand basics and a bit advanced....thanks....appreciate every help!!!
