SDJ
This may be a naughty request but I was just wondering.......I have a copy of WinDVD 2000 which came with a Dell machine of mine.I dont use it as I have RealMagic hardware decoder and player software.I would however like to use this software on another machine of mine but it wont install as it says it is not a dell machine, is there anyway of getting around this? Guest Nellie2
I can't really answer your question I'm afraid. I have had a look around and get the distinct impression that the version of WinDVD that came with your Dell PC is made specifically for Dell. It probably won't run on any other machine because it is only configured for the Dell machine. Why don't you leave WinDVD on your Dell machine and put the other software on the other machine?? Sorry I couldn't be more help :(
