rohan Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 I am using winxp pro sp2. My problem is that when i right click On my network places icon, and click on properties. The network properties window opens but does not display any icons, that is, it shows a blank screen. Can any body tell me how to fix this so that I get my icons 1. Local area connection 2. rohan Posted August 13, 2006 Author Report Share Posted August 13, 2006 I have reinstalled windows twice it worked fine for a few weeksand then the same problem. As for malware i have adaware se peronal editionand avast antivirus home edition 4.7 and zone alarm firewall. Here's how to do it: 'Reinstall TCP/IP on Windows XP'.As for malware i have adaware se peronal editionand avast antivirus home edition 4.7 and zone alarm firewall.Oh and by the way, these won't prevent you from getting infected if you surf through the web bllindly (and using Internet Explorer).
