I've been thinking about getting this but didn't want to search so I put it off for a long time, but it will definetly help me with asm programming. I'm probably going to use it instead of notepad buy putting it in my system32 folder so I can run it from a command prompt or from a run box. I think pops is right on uninstalling notepad. I do know that its a system protected file so if you delete it, it will be recreated by means of windows file protection.
