jaji Posted August 12, 2006 Report Share Posted August 12, 2006 hello i just needed help with a problem am having.I tryed to boot my computer with windows and when it askes to "press any key to boot from cd"my keyboard doesn't work... how do i fix this? jaji Posted August 13, 2006 Author Report Share Posted August 13, 2006 yea it USB my keyboard and mouse ports dont work and my 2 usb ports in the back doesnt work also. they were working fine, but one by one they started to malfunction. Boris Posted August 13, 2006 Report Share Posted August 13, 2006 I think you'll need a PS2 keyboard to boot from the XP CD.Never used one myself, but I believe that the drivers to make the USB keyboard work aren't active until Windows has actually loaded ?I assume that you've made sure the USB keyboard is enabled in your BIOS ?
