annie_m
Got a problem, don't know what the technical term is so couldn't search for previous postsI was wondering how to use a notebook as wireless router -> as in plugging the cable into the notebook and thus sharing the internet connectionYou will need to set up your 2(?) machines as a network. There is an option in the 'Set up home or small business network' wizard to 'allow other computers... to connect through this computer' set this option for the one connected to the internet line; any others need to be set to 'connect via gateway or another computer'Having said this, I've never tried it, so have no idea if it works well - or even at all.
