Sharing graphics hardware resource in Win Server 2003 / Terminal Servi

As a person who doesn’t know much about Windows Server 2003, I have the following question about Terminal Service:

Question: How does Windows Server 2003 share its graphical hardware resource amongst its terminal service clients?

Scenario: multiple terminal service clients are logged on to a Windows Server 2003 instance via the terminal service (or remote desktop connection), and these clients run graphical (3d) applications that require graphics hardware acceleration (for example, 3d games) at the same time.

1. Will the terminal service clients be able to see the 3d graphics at all?

2. Does the server share its graphics resource (like graphics memory and graphics processor) amongst the clients?

It should be able to screen capture whatever is on screen. All processing is done locally on each machine (client/server) and most of the time servers and remote troubleshooting/admin programs arn't designed much for graphics. Depending on the amount of processers and connection licenses you could split cpu resources on the server. Since connections arn't "streaming" packets are sent in timed intervals. There are remote connection tools that are more designed for sending graphics over a connection like this. When Gig networks become more popular they will probably upgrade RDP again to support more.
