reboots without reason

Hello,

From time to time my pc reboots without any reason.

This can be very annoying especially since I use that pc for my work...

I have attached the minidump files.

It would be very very nice if someone could decipher them and explain me what's the problem.

I found that already on google and intalled the debugging tools for windows...

But I don't really see the cause of the problems. That's why it would be very nice if someone who knows a lot about this stuff could give me his opinion.

Btw, this morning when my computer had started up, I also got 2 error messages: Something like: Windows has recovered from a serious problem, would you send an error report to windows?

The first:

Error code 1000000a, parameter1 00000016, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 804f8c38.

Out of some of the stuff I looked up about it and in the dumplogs it looks like a good possibility is faulty ram. That is sort of the worst case. I would try running a memory diagnostic program like memtest first. Then if all cleared run disk defrag, check disk, and open a command prompt and type sfc /scannow. If still getting them I would disable any system monitors like virus scanners or firewalls and see if you still get it. Is there anything in the event viewer? Another thing it could be is a driver. Just some additional info for ya, I hope something there helps.
