Hello !

Well I am new here, but I am not new to Windows or its bugs. I did a quick search and couldn't figure this one out, I was hoping somebody would know what I was talking about:

Software info:

Internet Explorer 6.0.2, Windows XP Service Pack 2, (Recently upgraded mobo so this is a fresh install)

In internet explorer, some forms, dialogs, and text edit boxes do not work or show up correctly. Example, the paypal 'next' button is missing (If you press ENTER it actaully goes BACK a page) Some forums and edit boxes do not show up (because the box is so small you cant see it, or missing all together)

As an example, this FCC Page edit box is so tiny that you cant even see a blinking cursor.

(The page I am talking about is here: ) https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.sta...Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 -- At the bottom where it says 'explain your problem' the box is missing (TINY).

I tried posting screen shots but my FTP crapped out ... [OK I attapost-5266-1157667166_thumb.jpgpost-5266-1157667175_thumb.jpgched them]

Anyways,

Everything works just fine with Firefox.

This happens on never-before seen pages as well as tried-and-true ones ... I am lost.

I have tried text sizes and cache changes, no luck.

Ady ideas ?
