microsoft works word processor problem

hey, i recently updated internet explorer to IE7, im not sure whether that has anything to do with my problem or not, but recently my microsoft works stopped allowing me to copy pasteinformation into it, i get a message that tells me my computer doesnt have enough memory, so i should try and restart or close some programs, any help would be appreciated....manually copying quotes into essays is a ***** :censored:

Hello, and welcome to the Windows Forum!

I do not know Microsoft Works, but probably your problem is not directly caused by that software. I see in your profile that you use Win XP, and that you have 512MB of RAM (which should be sufficient). Could it be that you don't have enough virtual memory? What is the size of your page file (Control Panel, System, tab Advanced, Performance Settings, tab Advanced, Virtual memory)?
