mom32
I keep getting error messages from Microsoft Works Task Launcher and it will not work correctly. How can I uninstall this and restore to original program as it came on my computer?

mom32
Hello, and welcome to the Windows Forum!Do you have Microsoft Works installed? Do you have the install CD for Works? Do you actually use MS Works?Yes, I do have Microsoft Works and I do use it. My computer came with Windows XP and had Microsoft Works pre-installed but I think that I can somehow restore Microsoft Tasks to original but I can't remember how. Thanks! -pops-
Are you particularly attached to using Works?I ask because there are some far better office suites available for very low cost or even free - OpenOffice, for example from click here. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Or you can check in Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs if there is a Repair Install options. If you don't have a disk for Works, the installer may be somewhere on your HD.
