It keeps track of all the items I want to know about. But, I'm sure the hooks to monitor all the hardware is quite specific to Vista. -pops- Posted November 9, 2006 Report Share Posted November 9, 2006 I would doubt that there is any backwards compatibility Vista to XP.As the Vista performance monitor has not appeared in in this new form previous Windows incarnations, I'm fairly certain that Mr Gates is not making any efforts to make it so.As far as Microsoft is concerned, XP is an obsolescent system and they will not be making any developments specifically for the O/S as soon as Vista is launched.
