xm online error

When I click "xm online" from windows meida player 11, I get a message "error in contacting service".

I was getting through to xm 2 weeks ago , no problems, but now it will not connect. Any solutions?

check the actual ip at the source (may have changed in ip, or a call to a specific service function, or downtime, or a competitors monkey wrench, like if you installed another player, etc, or installed aol junk accidentally, they were notorious, till what goes around, came to them( don't mess with ms, aol), but they may still be trying to crink competition every now and again), and the parameters calling it, if you can access the parameters, like the defunct connection string to the ip, and what service it connects to, hand parse of trailing text. search the issue at the source and a search like google, or others, or call the source direct
