Whenever I try and open any file, folder, control panel setting, anything, it looks as though the windows explorer resets. Everything, excluding my background disappears off of the desktop and then reappears shortly afterwards. This started happening shortly after I managed to remove a number of infections from my system. I have tried several solutions to stop this from happening, but to no avail. My AV software is unable to detect any more threats/infections and I have run scans in normally operating windows, and safe mode.If anyone has any idea what could cause this, i would really appreciate the help. It is possible that you still have some malware infections that your AV doesn't detect.I recommend that you start with an online scan from the Ewido website.
