iceman33
Hey everyone I recently am trying to install windows xp home edition on a computer that I am working on and I keep receiving an error message. The message reads: capesnpn.dll I get to the point right after I partition the drive and this error comes up and then the whole installation stops. I am running out of ideas on what to try. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Jeff
bsedgal
If what you mean is that the file wont copy because its missing or corrupt,Try wiping your CD with an anti-static, isopropyl alcohol tissue. Or try another copy.

cozofdeath
That file has to do with licensing. What part of the install fails. Can you give more info on it.
