Cathy Posted November 29, 2006 Report Share Posted November 29, 2006 Hello. I'm having a problem migrating Outlook 2003 settings from my source PC to Outlook 2003 on a new PC using USMT 2.6. Both PCs are running Windows XP SP2. Scanstate and loadstate both run successfully on the source and destination computers. However, when I click on Outook 2003 from the destination PC, I'm prompted to configure my Outlook settings. I have read other forums, and this problem seems well known but I haven't found any suggestions as how to fix it. Please help. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so, please post it in a reply.My first suggestion would be to insert the Microsoft Office CD, and do a repair installation on Outlook.
