I have a problem.

My computer runs a danish wersion of windows xp home.

I have tried to translate the error messeage i get when i start my computer: "Properties for mobile units" "tcp/ip network transmission is not installed"

My problem is I can not get any contact to my router. I get the same error message even if i uninstall my network card.

I hope you can help me?

can you ping localhost ? start-run-cmd-(then type)>ping 127.0.0.1

if it fails you might need to reinstall tcp/ip.

Results command data, with yout computer.

ipconfig /all

ping (ip router)

ping ya.ru

most likely reason is of the error in program(mobile).

You can open a command prompt and type "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt" to reset your tcp/ip stack. That is the same as uninstalling and reinstalling. Since the tcp/ip protocol is a core Windows component you cannot uninstall it through your network connections so a method like this works well.
