randell6564 Posted January 31, 2007 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 Hey Folks!I use to have a great connection to the internet when I was at my home using a Linksys wireless-B usb network adapter.We have since moved into a hotel that offers free wireless internet. So., I unplugged my computer from home and moved into the hotel, plugged my computer in and NOW it takes forever to pull up my home page (google) and surfing the net is horrible!!! Image loading is very slow!I keep calling my manager and he tells me that there is no problem with HIS computer so it must be mine! He said that the hotel uses T1.I could not believe that I am connected to T1 because it is so slow!! What could be the problem? I did not change any settings or configurations!
