AlanHo
I bought an LG Flatron 915FT monitor in January 2002 which I have been delighted with - but it recently developed a problem with the display width suddenly changing and popping back again after a few minutes. I tried to make contact with the service department detailed on the 3 year warranty card with no success - the information is out of date. After browsing the net I found the LG warranty department at Tel No. 0870 872 1222. Two minutes on the phone and they arranged to deliver a new monitor this Friday (the first day this week I can be at home) and collect the faulty one - excellent service. :) Hence all LG monitor owners whose equipment is more than about 9 months old should make a note of this phone number.
