Xeiros
I've just recently installed Vista on my Panasonic CF-Y4 and everything is running smooth except I have no sound. When I go to device manger I can see my audio controller but when I try to install the driver windows can't find one. Any advice?
-pops-
Do you have details of the sound card/device or can you go the the Panasonic web site to obtain Vista drivers?
Xeiros
I just went to Panasonic site and the only drivers that are available are for windows XP and are all from 05(no surprise there). As for details regarding the actual sound card I have no idea. I used to know how to get and enitire rundown of you pc both hardware and software via some run command but I forgot what it was. -pops-
This should be able to tell you http://www.belarc.com/free_download.htmlDon't know if it works in Vista, though.
Xeiros
Installing it now. I'll let you know how it goes. I appreciate you help. Edit:Its working fine. Unfortunately it didn't detect any multimedia devices.(I wonder why hehe) Thanks anyways though. It is a useful app to say the least. I guess I could see what happen if I install the XP sound drivers.
