My pictures not as wallpaper

Before I re configured my Medion computer back to manufacturers spec., I could use all the images in "My Pictures" folder as backgrounds, by using the selector tool in My Computer Properties.

Now, only the Windows and Medion factory ones are available, unless choosing them from within the folder one at a time, on right click.

Is there a place to turn this facility back on somewhere? I`ve exhausted my search for an answer on my computer.

Just in case anyone is thinking of replying to my post, I appear to have rectified the problem. I deleted a lot of pictures already in the folder, and now the other pics are showing there. Probably there is a limit to the capacity of the backgrounds folder?
