trackrat
My computer was running two 6600gt cards in SLi mode, and today I changed them for two 7600GT cards. When I booted up I found it would not run in SLi mode.SLi is set to auto in the BIOS, but when I opened up Everest it was only detecting one card, whereas when the 6600Gt cards were in it detected both.I have checked out both cards running them singly, so it is not a problem with a faulty card.Every time I start my computer the Nvidia box tells me it is disabling SLI as there is only one graphics card. The bridge between the two cards is the same as I used on the previous cards.Has anyone got any ideas?.Specs--- AMD 64X2 3800ASUS A8n SLi mobo2 x 1gb Crucial PC3200 memory2 x 7600GT Graphics cards.Seasonic 600w PSU. Raddy
Sometimes reflashing the BIOS with the latest revision can solve the problem.
trackrat
Welcome to the forum Raddy, the actual problem was solved by uninstalling the Nvidia drivers, running Drive Cleaner 3 and then reinstalling the Nvidia drivers.Drive cleaner is now on version 3.3.
