concord6 Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 I backed up my complete drive to an external hard-drive using the backup program that comes with vista. However I had a computer crash and had to reinstal Vista from scratch. I would now like to use the restore part of the backup program to restore all my backed up files but when I try to do this, Vista says it cannot backup archive even though I pint it to the correct external hard drive and the back up is there.
