My computer keeps crashing and giving me a blue screen that says this. It also says:

0x000000D1 (Ox031C6E33, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF7A7BA68)

w22n51.sys - AddressF7A7BA68 base at F7A57000, DateStamp 404c5c4c

I'm not super technical. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Is your operating system fully up to date with all the required service packs?

IRQL errors are very common if you have recently installed or altered software/hardware. Have you made any changes recently?

When I try to update through the Microsoft website, my computer will either crash and give the the error or will say that it is installing updates but appear to never install them. Any advice?

Is this a recent happening? You may be able to do a System Restore to get back functioning to be able to do the MS references.

No real changes. I updated iTunes. I bought an external hard drive a few months ago, but it functioned well for awhile with the hard drive.

Do those long codes mean anything to you? I haven't been able to find that specific code anywhere.

The part of the code that has meaning to me is 0x000000D1. If you Google with that as the keyword it will come up with some suggestions that may help you.

Regarding iTunes, I know people that have had huge problems with that software not installing properly and/or interfering with other programs - to the extent in one case I know where it stopped an antispyware program (SpywareBlaster) first of all from updating then corrupting it completely.
