Windows Could Not Start.....

....Because te following file is missing or corrupt:

/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM

It asks me to insert the system disk one and push the "r" button i do that and then go through the first process of restoring my laptop to its orignal factory settings. Then it asks me to insert disk 2 i do that but nothing happens.

Is there anything else i can do. :censored:
