renu Posted April 17, 2007 Report Share Posted April 17, 2007 Hi, I have a company laptop. I do not have administrator privilege and do not know and cannot get password for administrator account. I want to install some music software on it. But it says I do not have the privilege to install. Is there a way around to get the password or add me to the privilege users or create a priv user who can install the software. Thanks for your help. Scarecrow Man Posted April 17, 2007 Report Share Posted April 17, 2007 The reason there is an administrative password is so you have to ask your administrator to do it for you.I suggest contacting your IT department and asking them if they can do it for you.
