when I load up my xp my network is laging very badly.

when I boot up the computer till I see the windows page. It won't allow me to click anything and it's lags very badly for like 30 seconds right after reboot.:bang head I thought it's my internet but I checked with other computer and it's fine. I'm accessing the same account and everything. so It must be this computer. What is wrong?

I have to click " connect " inorder to have internet

I just installed fresh windows xp pro sp2.

I cannot see the details on the images you have posted. Do you have a wireless netword? If so, it is possible that the affected computer is at a bad location.Of course there are many other possibilities, e.g. you don't wait long enough until Windows is fully initialized.
