Transferring files

I have 16,000 KMA (karaoke song) files in an external hard drive. I am transferring them to another external hard drive. I spent 2 days transferring and when It got to 14,000 files transferred, the power went out and my computer rebooted. When I started it again, it told me that the files were already there and would I like to overwrite them. I have to push "no" each time for the 14,000 files. Is there a way to tell the computer that I want to basically say no to each file but have it transfer the files that aren't there? I can't believe this seems to be such a simple thing that is made so complicated. I sure hope someone can help me. Thanks

Usually there's a "No To All" button, but if there isn't, I would recommend to just figure out the last file that was copied before the power went out, and copy the rest of the songs from there. If all you did was select all the songs from the first drive and then drop them into the other external, they should be listed in the same order on both drives.
