The plastic thingy in your hand that you use control your computer is the mouse, the little picture of an arrow or whatever on your screen is called a cursor. Also that app does not do what you seem to think it does. It allows people to write applications that allow multiple mice hooked up to a computer and then create multiple cursors in those specifically written applications. Windows doesn't even allow multiple mice to be attached and work together. Plus I don't know how the OS would decide which cursor's position to report when an app asked for cursor position.
