cjsmith22 Posted June 14, 2007 Report Share Posted June 14, 2007 I've just done a fresh install of xp pro onto a dell dimension 3100 - seems to have gone ok however when i try to install a particular program (nortel tunnel guard) I'm getting an 'error 1920. verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. There's only one user account (administrator) and I have been able to install other programs which require changes to system services. any ideas ? Spaz Posted June 21, 2007 Report Share Posted June 21, 2007 Is this the administrator - administrator account? or the user name - administrator account?Have you tried promoting the user to a debugger?
