I installed netmon in WindowsServer2003 SE SP1,When netmon starts"Protocol-persar is not installed. Please reinstall it" message was output. There is not an error when installing it, and either the error message is not output to the event. Netmon is installed from the Windows component. Such a message was not output with other servers.
