I have had several things told to me on what to do and none has worked. Someone said that I might need to reinstall windows, because it may be corrupted. I don't want to mess up my computer. Just select the one that applies to you and print it out. The problem is that I believe that few of the big name company's supply a full installation disc, and you may need to borrow one.
